Orders & Shipping

How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

How long does delivery take?
For supported United States destinations, carrier transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates for other destinations and available shipping methods are shown at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking information is available, it will normally be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has started.

What is the return period?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
