Information about order processing, shipping, and tracking.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, destinations, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. For supported United States destinations, carrier transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates for other destinations are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will normally be sent to the email address entered at checkout after your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier first receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot find it, check your delivery area, mailbox, household members, building reception, or neighbors, and contact the carrier where appropriate. If the package is still missing, email us with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.
