Payment processing

Payment is processed through the payment provider selected at checkout. Your order will be prepared after payment has been authorized or confirmed. If a payment cannot be completed, please check your payment details or contact your payment provider.

Protecting your information

Checkout information is transmitted using security measures provided by Shopify and the relevant payment providers. Otrvhz™ does not receive or store full payment card numbers when payment is handled by those providers.

Please use a secure network when placing an order and keep your account credentials private. If you notice an unfamiliar transaction that may relate to an Otrvhz™ order, contact your payment provider and email us at service@otrvhz.com.

Order confirmation

After placing an order, check your email for an order confirmation. If you do not receive one, check your spam folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
